DNA Resilience is a nutrigenetic panel assessing genetic variation in neurobiological pathways influencing stress adaptation, emotional regulation and cognitive performance.

Size

  • Stress resilience support: Enhanced coping under pressure, stress recovery, and burnout prevention.
  • Emotional and behavioral balance: Managing mood variability, reactivity, impulsivity, or stress-related eating.
  • Cognitive performance optimisation: Addressing focus, memory, or mental fatigue during high-demand periods.
  • Sleep and recovery enhancement: Improving restorative sleep and post-stress relaxation for resilience as well as longer term overall health improvement
  • High-demand performance support: Tailoring strategies for sustained mental and emotional demands in work, life or exercise training.
  • Preventive resilience building: Personalised approaches and coping strategies for long-term psychological strength.

Overview

DNA Resilience is a DNA-based nutrigenetic test to analyse genetic variations influencing neurochemical systems involved in stress response and adaptive functioning. The panel focuses on biological processes that regulate emotional stability, cognitive flexibility and physiological recovery following stress exposure, allowing successful management and support of resilience stregnths and weaknesses for optimal stress outcomes.

The test considers genetic influences across interconnected pathways including hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal axis regulation, neurotrophic signalling, neurotransmitter balance and neuropeptide activity. Systems involving dopamine, serotonin, norepinephrine and oxytocin are evaluated, recognising their contribution to motivation, emotional processing, attention and behavioural adaptation under challenging conditions. Variation in these areas may contribute to differences in stress sensitivity, recovery capacity and cognitive performance.

Results are interpreted alongside lifestyle factors, occupational demands, nutritional status and psychosocial context. Integrating genetic insight with real-world circumstances can support more individualised discussion around stress management strategies, performance support and longer-term mental and physical resilience.

Privacy policy:

The DNA and the original sample material are destroyed after 3 months, so that there are no names or other identifiers on the samples. The samples are analysed only for the SNPs that are included in the tests at DNALife, and no other research or analyses are performed without a separate permission from the patient. We do not give or sell the results to any third parties.
