- When you place an order this will include a shipping fee to return your sample with DHL.
- Once your order is placed, we ship a test kit out to you via DHL.
- The test kit will include clear instructions on how to obtain your sample and how to return the sample to our laboratory in Copenhagen using DHL
- Once the sample is received and analysed, your results will be ready in about 3 weeks.
- The results will be available for you to view via your account on this website - you will be sent an email to inform you to log in and view them.
